Executive Summary

Over the last 3 years, Marlanda has delivered ERP based training to hundreds of employees across multiple mining operations. Marlanda have developed customised training packages, with standard practice and site work management processes at the forefront. This approach ensured that content was relatable and relevant to the audience. The training packages audience include: Maintenance Planners, Trades personnel, Supervisors, Leading Hands and Maintenance Coordinators. We have also delivered training to Supply teams.

Some clients opted for training delivery in a 1:1 setting in the workshop environment or group sessions, other clients received custom-made video content so the training could be shared and referenced back to, as needed. Regardless of the delivery method, our team of ERP super-users ensured that training was concise and relevant. Our goal was for trainees to walk away with more confidence in the skills required for their roles and the right tools for on-the-job problem solving. This multifaceted strategy ensured that training is accessible, engaging, and adaptable to different learning styles.

Moving forward

To sustain the success of the ERP training initiative, we offer in-person and online support to allow any follow up questions to be answered. Video versions of training materials can be provided to complement in-person sessions for long-term retention. Videos, documentation, presentations or any other training material can be provided to complement in-person sessions for long-term retention and can be used to run refresher courses facilitated by us or held within your own DMS. Standardised training drives operational excellence and long-term business efficiency.
